5. Cash on Delivery Orders

Cash on Delivery orders may require confirmation before dispatch.

Customers placing COD orders agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information and accept the order upon delivery.

Repeated refusal of COD orders or misuse of the COD service may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are available only for defective or damaged products, subject to WAGGO's Return & Refund Policy.

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.

Change-of-mind returns, personal preference, accidental damage, misuse, and claims submitted after the applicable period are not eligible.
